1. Introduction
Welcome to the International Institute of Fire & Safety (IIFS). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To enroll in any course at IIFS, students must meet the required qualifications specified for each program. The institution reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Course Enrollment and Fees
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of course fees.
- Course fees are non-refundable except in cases where IIFS cancels the course.
- Any changes to course fees will be communicated in advance.
4. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain discipline and adhere to the rules and regulations set by IIFS.
- Any form of misconduct, including harassment, cheating, or damage to institutional property, will lead to disciplinary action.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including study guides, videos, and assessments, are the property of IIFS and are intended for personal use only.
- Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any course content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Attendance and Assessment
- Students must maintain the minimum required attendance to be eligible for examinations.
- Completion of assignments and passing the final assessment are mandatory to obtain certification.
7. Certification
- Upon successful completion of the course and assessments, students will receive a certification from IIFS.
- IIFS reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance with academic or financial requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
IIFS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, personal injury, or delays in course completion due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
IIFS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
